Due to the ambitious growth of the organization, we wish to strengthen the team in Zwijnaarde with a Warehouse Inventory Analyst.

The Role

The warehouse inventory analyst supports warehouse inventory management and control so that improvements are implemented to ensure excellent inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities
  • You are responsible for defining the counting calendar based on the analysis ABC-XYZ and follow the inventory counting scheduling according to the definition. You are also responsible for executing inventory adjustments in SAP.
  • You are responsible for making a daily count of inventory based on planning. Make a report and control the accuracy of the inventory.
  • It is your responsibility to follow the material flow of all the production lines and think of ways that the materials can be properly optimized.
  • You are the controller of the logistics of the warehouse and will have contact with several areas from the plant and production. You interact with the warehouse team, with the customer service team, and with all the main stakeholders of the supply chain.
  • It is your duty to run reports of valuated differences and analyze the reason for inventory differences. You coordinate with the finance department on the approval of the inventory documents according to the amount of the difference.
  • You treat and deal with the inconsistencies together with the interfaces following an action plan. You lead and monitor the improvement action plan for the accuracy of inventory.
  • It is your responsibility to feed and control the KPIs of accuracy of inventory.
Requirements
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in the supply chain field.

  • You are experienced as a cost controller or business controller.

  • You have a minimum of two years’ experience in the same position or have performed similar roles in industrial companies.

  • You have experience in inventory control and inventory management activities.

  • You have an excellent knowledge in English and can excellently communicate verbally and in writing.

  • You work fluently with MS Excel and are an advanced user of SAP or ERP.

  • You possess soft skills such as learning agility and great problem-solving skills.

  • You are also accountable, highly organized and possess strong analytical capacities.

  • You can make proactive decisions and critical analysis.
