To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Fund Administration Officer in Luxembourg.

Your tasks
- Monitoring the daily fund price
- Preparing reports and calculations (such as Taxe d'abonnement, CSSF and Bundesbank reports etc.)
- Calculating and processing trailer fees and sales reports
- Processing fund-specificcosts and invoices
- Preparing budgetsand accruals
- Coordinating and answering fund-specific inquiries
- Providing current fund data to fund-data providers
- Undertaking project work and supporting the implementation of product ideas
Your profile
- Qualifications: You have a sound knowledge in fund accounting as well as fund valuation or any other fund-related data driven tasks.
- Experience: You have at least five years of professional experience in the financial services sector or with an auditing company. A solid knowledge of the regulatory environment in Luxembourg completes your profile.
- Teamwork: Due to your high level of initiative and team orientation you always have the overall success of the team in mind.
- Approach: You have an analytical, structured, and responsible way of working. Your quality standards are high.
- Know-how: You have a confident handling of MS Office. VBA, MS Access, and other programming skills are desirable.
- Languages: You are fluent in written and spoken English. German skills are a clear asset. Any additional foreign languages are an advantage.
