As People Officer, the main mission is to deliver high quality solutions in a timely manner and should be able to anticipate employees' needs. This is why we are looking for candidates with a employee centric mindset and a clear people orientation.
You’ll work closely with the People Officer Team of the BU BNFL located in Leuven and the People Teams located in Belgium, France and the Netherlands.

The role:

Support People Business Partners in day-to-day execution of operations: make sure that process flows are followed, and all necessary systems are kept up-to-date, make sure that evidence of compliance with our processes is readily available for audit

Support in administrative hiring of employees and follow up on the induction process of newcomers

Collaboration with People Business Partners for execution of the People Cycle (internal mobility, annual appraisal)

Responsible for resolving employee relation issues and assist in sensitive and complex files

Optimization of people processes across countries and assist in executing people related projects.

Center of Excellence: monitor legislation in social matters and assess the impact on our working environment and people processes

Lead additional projects linked to the Country People Agenda which can cover trainings, events, communication etc. depending on the business needs

Analyze data and reports on KPI’s and metrics related to people topics and People Contact Model across countries with the aim to transform our contact model and people processes
Who we’re looking for:

Educational or professional experience within People (HR) functions

Experience in working in a multi-national environment is a plus
-
Good knowledge of Belgium labour law and HR practices/processes

Fluent written & spoken Dutch & English, French is an asset

Strong knowledge of MS Office

Willingness to travel to other locations (within Belgium)

Energetic, fair and honest team player
